Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Walkoff Trivia (the "Service", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@walkofftrivia.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You need an account to play, and you must be at least 13 years old to create one or make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it.

3. Pro subscriptions

• Plans and automatic renewal. Pro is billed $5.99 per week, $9.99 per month or $34.99 per year (plus any applicable tax), depending on the plan you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel online from your Account page ("Manage"). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us at contact@walkofftrivia.com within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
• Price changes. We will tell you before any price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, disrupt games, use offensive names, harass other players, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service. Hosts may remove players from their games. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content

Quiz questions and the Service are our property. You may share your scores and screenshots. Team, league, film, music and brand names mentioned in quizzes belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Prizes

The Service is a game of entertainment. We don't offer cash prizes. If a host offers prizes to their own players, that is the host's responsibility and must comply with local law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep questions accurate but can't guarantee every fact. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and notify subscribers of material changes. Questions: contact@walkofftrivia.com. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
